‘Zwigato’ Trailer: Fans Appreciate Kapil Sharma For Showing Real Delivery Agent Struggles
Kapil Sharma’s “Zwigato,” which had a successful international premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, is now set to screen at the Busan International Film Festival, which will take place from October 5 to 14.
On Monday, the trailer for Nandita Das’ directorial, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, was released.
The film, presented by Applause Entertainment, is about a former factory floor manager (Kapil) who loses his job during the pandemic. He then finds himself in the world of ratings and rewards while working as a food delivery rider. His stay-at-home wife investigates various job opportunities to supplement the family’s income while fearing her newfound independence.
The film is about how life is relentless, but there are also shared joyful times. It depicts the lives of unnoticed, unseen “ordinary” people.
The trailer begins with Kapil arriving at a high-end apartment with a stack of pizza boxes, taking the stairs instead of the lift after reading a memo that delivery boys are not allowed to use the lift to find a lone drunk man. the trailer also depicts his struggle to spend quality time with his wife, Shahana Goswami.
Sharing the link to the trailer, Kapil took to Instagram and wrote,
