Xming’s Q5: 1080P Projector with 280 Lumens, 360° Rotation

The Q5 projector from Xiaomi’s Xming has been introduced to the Chinese market. At 999 Yuan ($140), the projector is currently being sold on JD.com.

The PhotonX totally enclosed bespoke optical engine that powers the Xming Q5 tackles common problems with open optical engines, including noise, light leakage, dust infiltration, and insufficient heat dissipation. A projected output that is crisper, more dependable, and cleaner is guaranteed by this technology.

With a native 1080P resolution, the projector produces 280 lumens of brightness and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. It enhances the color depth and quality of projected pictures for a more engaging viewing experience by supporting HDR10+ and 4K decoding. Its Mint Green and Cream White color scheme gives it a clean, contemporary look in terms of aesthetics.

With its small size of 17.5cm in height and 1.4kg in weight, it is lightweight and easy to handle. With its 360-degree full-angle gyroscopic rotation support, the projector offers a multitude of viewing angles and positions, providing freedom in viewing. In order to provide a better visual experience with rich, bright visuals, it also includes the 11th Generation TruLife Image Engine, which offers improved color temperature adjustment, sharpness, and clarity.

The Xming Q5 has two 3W speakers that can produce stereo surround sound effects in terms of sound quality. The projector easily interacts with Xiaomi smart devices, enabling voice control and improving user ease in smart homes for individuals who are heavily involved in the Xiaomi ecosystem.
