The V40 series, which includes the ordinary and pro variants, now includes a new gadget from Vivo. The Vivo V40e is the newest model available. It arrives as the V30e’s replacement from the previous year. The V40e is the lineup’s entry-level model.
Specifications of the Vivo V40e
Curved 6.77-inch AMOLED display is standard on the Vivo V40e. It has support for HDR10, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and an FHD+ resolution. A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen. The smartphone is designed with a thin profile and an island shaped like a pill that holds two oblong modules.
The Vivo V40e’s dual camera configuration includes an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor for image. When taking pictures in low light, the color temperature can be changed with the Aura Light LED flash. A 50MP front-facing selfie camera is present. The gadget has many functions, including support for OIS and EIS, an AI eraser, an AI portrait enhancer, etc.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor powers the Vivo V40e. It has 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM. Onboard, there is a heat dissipation system. A 5,500mAh battery that supports 80W charging powers the gadget. The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 14 OS and is eligible for three years of software updates.
The 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB versions of the Vivo V40e cost Rs 28,999 and Rs 30,999, respectively. Pre-orders are available on Flipkart and the brand’s website, and sales will start on October 2.
