Vivo V30e Announced with a 50MP Selfie Camera, 120Hz Screen, and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Processor

As promised, Vivo introduced the vivo V30e as a new model to the V30 family. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, which offers 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, powers the Vivo V30e. Vivo guarantees that the phone will receive four years of security updates and three Android version upgrades. It comes pre-installed with Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14.

With a fingerprint scanner beneath and a 6.78″ 120Hz FullHD+ curved AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, the Vivo V30e is a powerful device. Additionally, it features an autofocus 50MP selfie camera with a punch-hole in the center.

The Sony IMX882 with OIS and the 8MP ultrawide camera with a 120° field of view are the two cameras and the circular camera island housing flash known as “Smart Aura Light” on the rear of the vivo V30e. The primary camera and selfie shooter have the ability to capture 4K films. Additionally, the primary camera “can also double up as a 50mm prime-focal length portrait lens which deploys a lossless-2x zoom-in.”

A 5,500 mAh battery with 44W rapid charging capabilities powers the entire device. Highlights of the Vivo V30e also include USB-C, 5G connectivity, and an IP64 rating.

The Vivo V30e has two memory options: 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. It costs INR27,999 ($335/€315) and INR29,999 ($360/€335), respectively. It is available in Velvet Red and Silk Blue colors. Starting on May 9, the smartphone will be available for purchase in India.
