Toyota, a well-known Japanese automaker, has announced that it is now accepting orders for their new $10,000 pickup vehicle.
On November 27, Toyota hosted a launch party for its IMV 0 series pickup truck model. The truck was first presented in Thailand in 2004 and then made available in over 180 nations and territories worldwide.
According to Toyota, since then, it has been used to fulfill community needs and has grown to be a local favorite. The corporation claims that after carefully examining the lifestyles of its customers, it is relaunching the series.
The base model is unlikely to feature many bells and whistles, with a proposed starting price of $10,000, but it is designed to be compact and can be tailored to each customer’s demands, whether they are professional or leisure-related.
There are three different engine options available: a 2.0L gasoline engine, a 2.7L gasoline engine, and a 2.4L diesel engine. The deck features multiple bolt holes where accessories can be fastened using bolts and nuts.
Toyota’s variants demonstrate how it can be designed to function as the ideal off-road vehicle or as a mobile storefront.
With more than 2.7 million units sold domestically and more than 4 million units exported, the business claims that the IMV 0 has boosted the Thai economy.
