An improved eSignature solution that works with WhatsApp has been released by SutiSoft.
According to an announcement issued by the provider of cloud-based business management solutions on Wednesday, December 13, the new SutiSign expedites the digital signature process and satisfies businesses’ administrative, promotional, customer relations, and staff engagement demands.
According to the press announcement, SutiSoft CEO ND Reddy stated that “SutiSign offers a distinctive, seamless digital signing experience through its integration with WhatsApp, multi-language support, and customizable features.”
According to the announcement, SutiSign makes it simple for users to get in touch with signers and finish the signing process because it connects with the well-known messaging app WhatsApp. The system enables signers to swiftly access and sign papers while on the go and provides real-time notifications that link users to agreements.
According to the announcement, the solution also offers facilities for signing and requesting signatures in a variety of languages, giving senders and signers a choice of 12 languages.
SutiSign also has secure authentication techniques that guarantee agreements are safely accessed and signed by the intended party; real-time task analytics that monitor and offer insights into the document signing process; and an interface customization feature that lets administrators change how the interface’s elements look.
“SutiSign signatures are globally recognized for business transactions, as they comply with stringent legal and security standards such as the ESIGN Act, UETA and EU Directives ISO 9001, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II,” SutiSoft said as per reports.
Another recent development in this field was the announcement in November of DocuSign’s partnership with WhatsApp to create WhatsApp Delivery, a solution that enables users to sign documents quickly and securely by integrating DocuSign’s eSignature with the messaging app and sending real-time notifications that link directly to agreements.
In an announcement about the launch of WhatsApp Delivery, DocuSign stated that agreements transmitted using WhatsApp obtain signatures nearly seven times faster than those received via email.
“We’re giving users more choice and flexibility by providing another mobile-friendly way to process agreements,” DocuSign stated. “The signing process is now more convenient than ever thanks to the messaging application’s native integration of alerts.”
