SIX INC, a Hakuhodo Group Company, Introduces SIX JOURNEY

The Tokyo-based integrated marketing and innovation firm Hakuhodo Inc. is happy to announce the creation of SIX JOURNEY, a horizontal organization that specializes in international communication solutions for Japanese and international businesses, by Hakuhodo Group company SIX Inc.

In this age of limitless connection, companies and brands need to capitalize on the momentum of globalization to expand. In order to support Japanese brands expanding in Asia and other international markets, as well as global brands expanding in Asia, SIX JOURNEY, a multidisciplinary team comprising international creators, strategy, and PR experts from Hakuhodo’s global network, was founded. To build solutions for brands entering new markets, it will combine innovative technology application in creative with local sei-katsu-sha expertise from SIX.

The three main organizers of SIX JOURNEY are Devi Attamimi, the director of Hakuhodo International Indonesia and the institute director of Hakuhodo Institute of Life and Living ASEAN; Jin Saito, creative director and co-founder of SIX Inc.; and Jasper Ilagan, CEO and CCO of NJYN in the Philippines.

SIX has demonstrated proficiency in producing branded content that ignites discourse through the integration of state-of-the-art technology with modern creative techniques grounded in cultural understanding. It has been working with foreign clients in marketplaces outside of Japan in addition to Japanese clients in its home market in recent years. Projects for Japanese clientele have also resulted from its partnerships with foreign producers in these areas.

By assembling teams of creators from different Asian nations for SIX JOURNEY, SIX is utilizing global cultural insights to create branding campaigns and original content that appeal to a worldwide audience.

SIX and Hakuhodo will keep working together, leveraging the Group’s strengths to create synergies and advance the interests of their clients’ companies.

MUBI (UK):

A production firm, film distributor, and worldwide streaming service. A branding campaign for MUBI was created by SIX and distributed across 14 nations, including the US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Mexico, and Brazil.

Double A (Thailand):

It is a Thai-based paper manufacturer. Communication was generated by SIX in support of the company’s US market entry. The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity awarded the work a Gold.

Shiseido, Japan:

SIX created communications to support ANESSA’s growth throughout the Asia-Pacific area.

XGIMI (China):

With its cutting-edge projectors, XGIMI has given people all around the world really immersive audio-visual experiences.
