With the debut of the Galaxy Ring this week and tidings of the Galaxy Z Fold 6, it appears that Samsung is planning to push out the release of Unpacked until “early July.”
Every year, Samsung usually organizes two or more Unpacked events, usually in late summer or early January. However, the one in the summer has been gradually rising every year. With the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Flip 5, Tab S9, and Galaxy Watch 6 arriving on July 26, 2023 instead of August as in previous years, Samsung rescheduled the event for the end of July last year.
SamMobile claims that the event this year would take place much earlier.
It appears that Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Ring and Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 at a presentation scheduled for “early July.” That is all that is currently known to be coming, while rumors suggest that the Galaxy Watch 7 may possibly be planned. The article also notes that Samsung is, to some extent, advancing this year’s event because of the July 26 opening of the Olympics.
Although the precise date isn’t known yet, July 10 seems like the most likely option considering Samsung’s customary schedule.
