OTT Release: Mammootty Kampany, the production company owned by Mammootty, produced the action-comedy film “Turbo,” which was directed by Vysakh and had a script written by Midhun Manuel Thomas.
In “Turbo,” Raj B. Shetty, Sunil, and Mammootty play pivotal parts. Christo Xavier wrote the background score and music for the movie, while Vishnu Sarma took care of the photography and Shameer Muhammad oversaw the editing. In theaters, “Turbo” debuted on May 23, 2024.
The main “Turbo” filming took place in Coimbatore from October 2023 to February 18, 2024. The movie has apparently made over ₹70 crore at the box office worldwide, demonstrating its remarkable commercial success.

“Turbo” is rumored to be available for streaming on SonyLiv, with a July 12 release date. Official word from the platform or the filmmakers is still awaited, though. Soon, there will be an announcement regarding the OTT release date for fans.
Turbo Synopsis
Aruvipurathu Jose, also known as “Turbo” Jose, is a well-known jeep driver in Idukki who has a bad reputation for getting into fights a lot. In an attempt to start over and put his problems behind him, he moves to Chennai. But when he meets Vetrivel Shanmuga Sundaram, a cunning kingpin mired in a significant banking scandal, his life takes an unexpected turn.

As the main Jeep driver, Aruvipurathu Jose, also referred to as Turbo Jose, Mammootty takes the lead. Sunil plays the lead role of Auto Billa, and Raj B.
