Redmi Turbo 4 Release Date Set for January 2; Colorway and Design Unveiled

The Redmi Turbo 4—the follow-up to the Redmi Turbo 3 that was revealed in April—will soon be available in China. The company confirmed that a MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC will power the next smartphone. Apparently, it was the first phone to use that chipset. It has now been revealed when the phone will launch.

China will see the release of the Redmi Turbo 4 on January 2 at 2 p.m. local time (11:30 a.m. IST).

The Redmi Turbo 4’s dual rear camera set is positioned in the upper left corner of the rear panel. A pill-shaped island contains two distinct, round camera slots positioned vertically. Beside the camera module is an elliptical LED flash unit.

Features of the Redmi Turbo 4

An OIS-enabled 1/1.5-inch 50-megapixel primary rear camera sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a variable focal length of 15mm to 26mm is indicated by lettering imprinted on the textured portion of the Redmi Turbo 4 rear panel.

The MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC will be installed in the Redmi Turbo 4. According to a recent Geekbench listing, the phone would run HyperOS 2.0, which is based on Android 15, and support up to 16GB of RAM.
