Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition is an India-Only Special With Tiger Inspiration

70 percent of the world’s population lives in India, home to the “magnificent tiger,” which is the nation’s national animal. The first Indian-specific special edition of the Range Rover was inspired by the big cats and was produced in limited quantities (12 pieces).

The Ranthambore National Park, which is crucial to the tigers’ survival, is the inspiration behind the name of the Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition. The long-wheelbase bodystyle serves as the basis for this model, which is produced by Range Rover’s SV Bespoke subsidiary.

A custom deep black tone with a “rich red shimmering effect” is painted on the outside. This is paired with certain Anthracite inserts that are intended to resemble a tiger’s stripes, as well as Corinthian Bronze accessories (tailgate, bumpers, side-gills, mirror caps, and badges).

A stunning set of 23-inch forged alloy wheels with Corinthian Bronze inlays and a Dark Gray finish complement the unique Range Rover.

Light Perlino semi-aniline leather and caraway leather are stylishly combined within, along with light linear wenge veneers, chrome jewelry finishes, and white ceramic dials. In addition, the SV Bespoke division incorporated distinctive embroidery on the seatbacks and personalized cushions with the name of the limited edition on the back seats.

The rear passenger powered club table, which features detachable cup storage and a tiny fridge with SV-etched glasses, is another stylish feature. Lastly, the numbered “Ranthambore Edition” side sills indicate that your Range Rover, designed to resemble a tiger, is one of twelve manufactured.

The 3.0-liter, six-cylinder, standard turbocharged engine of the Range Rover Autobiography produces 550 Nm (405.6 lb-ft) of torque and 393 horsepower (293 kW / 398 PS) under the hood.

The pricing of the Range Rover SV Ranthambore Edition was not disclosed by Land Rover.
