Raj Dhadrianala an emerging Punjabi music singer and lyricist whose real name is Rajinder Singh was born in the Dhadrian village of the Sangrur district. Raj is an experienced theatre artist too where he has been part of many plays. Being from Punjab, Raj had a taste for the music as to listen every kind of music be it classical, Gurbani & Sabad, Gazal, Punjabi tappe, bhangra & all kind of folk songs his favorite time in the day. This fondness of music helped him later to understand the nuances of music and how to express thoughts in a better and creative way.
Raj Dhadrianala has been active for some quiet time now because, from a very young age, he chose to be a musician his career path, however, he completed his education also as for him education is one of the most important things also. After getting his Master’s in Arts degree, Raj cracked the UGC NET exam which is considered to be one of the toughest exams in the country. Raj has done PGDCA and Ph.D. in linguistics (course work) from Punjab University, Patiala. Currently, he is one of the well-read music professionals in the industry.
In the process to achieve the dreams, one has to go through many hardships and his dedication towards his goals are tested several times by the many different kinds of situations but who are true to their capability and understand the power of hard work and perseverance and never failed in achieving the heights what they set for themselves. Being in the Punjabi music industry for a long time, Raj has worked with many renowned personalities and performers. His knowledge of music and writing the lyrics by choosing the precise words and tone make him different from other professionals. After collaborating on many songs and other projects on different levels for a long, Raj finally hit the bull’s eye in his career when in the Year 2020, as a lead singer, his two new singles “Pinda Aale” and “Azadi Baaki hai” were released digitally on prestigious YouTube channel T-Series Apna Music. Both songs were an instant hit as Raj has been involved in the process of creating these songs from start to finish, this success tastes sweeter and as people say, this is just a beginning because he is already busy in the discussion of many new projects with significant music levels and production houses.
