On Day 1, the Telugu film brought in Rs 165 crore. After a few special screenings on Wednesday, the film brought in Rs 10.1 crore. Pushpa 2 has brought in a total of Rs 175.1 crore. The total revenue earned by the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions was Rs 67 crore, Rs 95.1 crore, Rs 7 crore, and Rs 1 crore, respectively. On Thursday, it had 82.66 percent Telugu film theater occupancy, 59.83 percent Hindi, 50.55 percent Tamil, 55.70 percent Kannada, and 60.33 percent Malayalam film theater occupancy.

According to sources, Sukumar, the film’s director, spent between Rs 400 and Rs 500 crore on it. The precise amount has not yet been made public.

The rivalry between Pushpa and SP Bhanwar Singh is maintained in the sequel. It will also demonstrate how the male lead overcomes formidable adversaries to dominate the smuggling sector.
