Earlier in April, Lamborghini hosted its first-ever Lamborghini Arena, a two-day event that was accessible to both customers and fans at Italy’s Imola Circuit.
The racecourse was visited by some 6,000 people, together with 380 current and former Lamborghinis, including the brand-new Revuelto supercar.
In addition, Lamborghini celebrated the occasion by revealing a unique Revuelto designed by the company’s Ad Personam customisation division.
Grigio Hati (gray) is the primary color of the car’s exterior, with Verde Scandal (green) and Nero Noctis (black) accents. The exterior also featured new gloss-finished carbon fiber components and gloss-black wheels that measured 21 inches up front and 22 inches in back.
The Nero Ade (black) upholstery and Verde Scandal accent stitching on the seats reflect the colors of the exterior. The headrest embroidered Lamborghini logos were also done in the same shade of green. As an added unique touch, the rear bulkhead panel has the words “Lamborghini Arena 2024” in Bianco Leda (white) and a picture of the Imola Circuit.
Despite sharing some visual similarities with its Aventador predecessor, the Revuelto, which debuted in early 2023, is a completely new vehicle that features an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, a freshly designed V-12, and a new carbon-fiber tub. To support the car’s manufacturing, Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, facility needs to be updated.
Three electric motors and a 6.5-liter V-12 engine make up the powertrain. The third electric motor is incorporated into the gearbox positioned at the back, while the other two are located at the front axle and operate separately. With a top speed of 218 mph, Lamborghini claims performance figures of 2.5 seconds for the 0-62 mph run. A 3.8-kwh battery also implies the possibility of a limited electric range. The plug-in hybrid Huracán replacement, which is scheduled for release later this year, is anticipated to have a similar configuration, most likely with a twin-turbocharged V-8 in place of the V-12.
