In his third book, Shiv Shivakumar of the Aditya Birla bunch, discusses how to deal with one’s life and profession in a quick changing world
Shiv Shivakumar’s third book, The Art of Management, with a foreword by Sachin Tendulkar and distributed by Penguin Random House is barely out. Shiv has refined the entire discipline of the executives to three components: overseeing yourself, dealing with your group and dealing with your business.
According to the large contrast from an earlier time, he, is that every one of the three components are a singular’s liability and not an association’s. He has taken an alternate tack in this book by talking a few group from different fields who address these three components with the expectation that the different experts offer learnings from their own professions.
In this meeting, Shiv makes sense of his reasoning for this book and the methodology he has decided to take in its composition.
Indeed, overseeing notoriety is a 24 by 7, every day of the week issue now. In the past we just had corporate brands as representatives, today every individual is a brand in her/her own right and this is examined by Poonam Kaul in the standing segment of dealing with a business.
The genuine distinction today is that we see organizations have subordinate development models versus free development models of the past. You should be important for a biological system for development and you can’t do it single-handedly. Guideline was significant and will constantly be significant.
