The newest model in the A-series family, the Oppo A5 Pro, which replaces the A3 Pro, has been formally introduced by the company. With its fast processor, several features designed for harsh conditions, and exceptional durability, this smartphone is an excellent choice.

1. Specifications of the Oppo A5 Pro

The 6.7-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display on the Oppo A5 Pro has a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels. The panel has a maximum brightness of 1200 nits, 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming, and a refresh rate of 120Hz for fluid scrolling and gaming.

The 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU power the Oppo A5 Pro’s internal components, ensuring fluid performance for multitasking and gaming. The phone has 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage and up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

With Oppo’s own ColorOS 15, the device runs Android 15 and provides a simplified user experience. With an 18% increase in operational response time and a 50% improvement in app launch speed over its predecessor, the new OS is performance-optimized.

The A5 Pro has a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS) plus a 2MP monochrome sensor for better depth effects. It has a 16MP front camera with an f/2.4 aperture that produces crisp, clear images for selfies and video chats.

According to Oppo, the phone’s 6000mAh battery may last for up to five years of use. Even with such a massive battery, it ensures rapid top-ups thanks to its support for 80W SuperVooc fast charging.
