Through workshops, campaigns, mental Health supports directly impacting 135,000 lives and a digital reach of over 5 million people, LTMH is breaking barriers and encouraging open conversations about mental health. Communities that once resisted support are now embracing change, showing how education and advocacy can transform societal norms.
