Nadezhda Grishaeva, a former Olympian, has made an incredible transition from professional sports to the business world, founding Anvil Fitness Club. Drawing from her years as a professional basketball player, Nadezhda has applied the discipline, teamwork, and strategic mindset she developed as an athlete to her new role as an entrepreneur.
“Being an athlete teaches you more than just physical skills,” Nadezhda shares. “You learn perseverance, discipline, and the importance of working together as a team.
