Kawasaki W175: Features and Design
The Kawasaki W175 takes some styling influences from the W800, its twin. The W800 is referenced by the round headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and boxy side panel. It also sports a curved rear fender with a connected taillight and turn signals.
The bike’s ergonomics appear to offer a comfortable, upright stance, and the single-piece, 790mm seat appears to be well-padded.
The bike is outfitted with a straightforward analogue speedometer as well as six warning lights, including neutral, high beam, turn indicators, and the latter three. The newest product from Kawasaki will be priced at $1.47 lakh for the Special Edition and $1.47 lakh for the Standard back color.
Powertrain: Kawasaki W175
An air-cooled, single-cylinder, 177cc engine with 13 horsepower and 13.2 Nm powers the Kawasaki W175. It now has fuel injection to comply with BS6 standards, and it is mated to a five-speed transmission. Although the W175’s power and torque numbers may appear small, its 135kg kerb weight should support it in terms of performance. A telescoping fork and dual shock absorbers suspend the bike’s semi-double-cradle tubular frame. Rear suspension travel is only 65mm, to be specific. A single disc and a drum are used for braking in the front and back, respectively.
All authorised dealerships currently carry the Kawasaki W175, and deliveries are anticipated to start soon. Bookings begin tomorrow, along with deliveries.
