A few Neo-branded phones have been introduced by iQOO in China in the last few months. The Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro, which come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9300 chipsets, respectively, were introduced by the brand in December 2023. The SD8G2 version was renamed the Neo 9 Pro for the international market. The company unveiled the all-new Dimensity 9300+ chip-equipped iQOO Neo 9S Pro in China last month.
With three key exceptions, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro+ will sport identical specifications to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro (China model). The fingerprint sensor, battery, and chipset divisions will all see adjustments.
The Dimensity 9300 chip, a 5,160mAh battery, and an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor were included with the Neo 9 Pro. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a larger battery, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint reader are anticipated features of the Neo 9S Pro+.
Other specifications could include a 6.78-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and 1.5K resolution. It will have two cameras on the back, a dual 50-megapixel array with OIS capability, and a 16-megapixel front camera. It is anticipated to have 120W fast charging capabilities, up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM.
iQOO Z9 Turbo+
The iQOO Z9 Turbo+ seems to be the other phone that the informant indicated in the leak stated above. It is anticipated to be a reasonably priced alternative when it hits the market, but it will be equipped with the most potent MediaTek chip—the Dimensity 9300+ SoC. Sadly, there are no further details available regarding the gadget.
