The HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14, the company’s newest laptop with support for artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, was introduced in India on Tuesday. Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors and a specialized neural processing unit (NPU) with a 48 trillion operations per second (TOPS) capability power its two available versions. It has a haptic touchpad and a 14-inch 2.8K OLED screen that supports inking. The OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 has local video playback and a battery life of up to 21 hours on a single charge.
The cost and availability of the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 in India
The starting price of the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 Ultra 7 in India is Rs. 1,81,999. It can be purchased in Atmospheric Blue and Eclipse Grey colors via Amazon, Flipkart, HP’s online shop, and physical retail outlets.
Starting at Rs. 1,91,999, the OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 Ultra 9 will be sold in November through the previously listed channels in a single Atmospheric Blue colorway.
HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 Features and Specifications
Both OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 models include a 14-inch 2.8K (2,880×1,800 pixel) OLED touch screen display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a refresh rate between 48 and 120 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. The more costly variant includes a Core Ultra 258V chipset and 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, while the less expensive model has an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
The OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 from HP includes 1TB of M.2 SSD storage. Both models feature a 9-megapixel infrared camera. The laptop has two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm combination audio jack, and Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity options.
Using a USB Type-C connector, the OmniBook Ultra Flip 14’s 6-cell 64WHr Li-Po battery can be charged at 65W. On a single charge, the laptop can play local videos for up to 21 hours. A copy of Microsoft Office 2021 is included, and it operates on Windows 11. Both versions weigh 1.34 kg and have dimensions of 31.37×21.62×1.49 cm.
