Honor Introduces the Watch 5 with a 15-Day Battery, 85 Sports Modes, and an AMOLED Display in Europe
The most recent smartwatch from Honor, the Honor Watch 5, has been formally released in a few European territories, including Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom. With a number of additions and enhancements over its predecessor, the gadget was introduced at IFA 2024 in September.
Specifications of the Honor Watch 5
Sharp and colorful viewing is made possible by the Watch 5’s larger 1.85-inch AMOLED display with a greater pixel density. It weighs 35g and has a small 11mm profile, making it comfortable for daily wear.
The Watch 5 has a one-click health scan for fast evaluations and tracks important health indicators including heart rate and SpO2. For accurate activity tracking, the AccuTrack positioning system improves GPS accuracy.
The Watch 5 has a 480mAh silicon-carbon battery that lasts up to 15 days. Turbo X Smart Power Management is included for increased energy efficiency.
In addition, it has more than 400 customisable watch faces, 85 sports modes, including 12 options for professional workouts, 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2, and sleep tracking. It is prepared for a variety of tasks thanks to its five ATM water resistance and support for many GPS systems.
Cost and accessibility
There are two versions of the Honor Watch 5: a 64MB+4GB device with a gold or black silicone band that costs £129.99/€149.00, and a more costly model that costs £149.99/€169.00 and has a green leather band. When the smartwatch will be made available in other European nations is still unknown.
The Xiaomi Watch S4, a less expensive substitute for the Watch S4 Sport, was just released by Xiaomi. In addition to features like a digital crown, gesture recognition, and more than 150 sports modes, the Watch S4 allows for customization with removable straps, watch faces, and bezels.
