An deal to distribute Farizon new energy commercial vehicles to 11 countries and 450 million people was signed on September 27 by Geely and Jameel Motors (International).
In accordance with the agreement, Jameel Motors (International) would concentrate on selling new energy automobiles, such as hybrid, electric, hydrogen, and methanol vehicles, under the Farizon brand. With a combined population of over 450 million, the deal covers distribution in new and selected markets.
Farizon is a commercial vehicle manufacturing subsidiary of Geely, founded in 2016. Light commercial vehicles, trucks, and buses are among its product lines. These are all new-energy cars, including the 2019 M100 truck and other totally electric and methanol-powered vehicles.
