Apple’s new 35W chargers with dual USB-C ports are now available to order
At WWDC 2022 Apple introduced the new 35W power adapter with dual USB-C ports and they are now available to order, spotted by 9to5Mac. Adapters come in standard or compact sizes, both costing $ 59 in the United States.
A compact version of the adapter will already be included in the box with the new MacBook Air when configured with a 10-core GPU and 512GB storage or more M2 chips, but it is now also available for purchase separately through Apple.com. And the Apple Store app. According to Apple, the new MacBook Air will be available next month.
Both adapters have foldable prongs and can be used to charge multiple devices at the same time. Apple recommends using an adapter with the new MacBook Air, but it’s compatible with the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods and more.
The availability of compact adapters is limited to the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.
Apple has not yet begun accepting orders for USB-C to MagSafe 3 cables in Starlight, Midnight or Space Gray.
