Slasher Sequel Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 Blu-Ray Release Date Set

Shout! Studios has revealed the Blu-ray release date for Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2, the most recent follow-up to the 2023 horror slasher film that is based on the beloved children’s book by A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard. Eight months have passed since Blood and Honey 2 debuted in theaters, earning a total of $7.6 million at the box office on a stated $500,000 budget.

Blu-ray sales for Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 will begin on Tuesday, December 10. Bonus elements including the movie’s trailer and picture gallery will also be available on the Blu-ray.

Scott Jeffrey produced the sequel, which Rhys Frake-Waterfield directed based on a story by Matt Leslie. Nicola Wright (EastEnders), Simon Callow (The Witcher), Alec Newman (The Last Kingdom), Lewis Santer, Tade Adebaio, Nichaela Farrel, Eddy Mackenzie (Flux), Tallulah Evans (Penelope), Marcus Massey (Bunny the Killer Thing), and Scott Chambers (Malevolent) are among its cast members.

Summary

Deep within the Hundred Acre Wood, a destructive rage grows as Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger find their home and their lives endangered after Christopher Robin revealed their existence. Not wanting to live in the shadows any longer, the group decides to take the fight to Christopher’s hometown of Ashdown, leaving a bloody trail of death and mayhem in their wake. Winnie and his savage friends will show everyone that they are deadlier, stronger, and smarter than anyone could ever imagine … and get their revenge on Christopher Robin once and for all.
