Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro With an 11.2-inch 3.2K Display and HyperOS 2 UI Released: Cost and Features
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro and Pad 7 were presented on Tuesday at the company’s launch event in China. Snapdragon chipsets power the new tablets, which have 11.2-inch screens with 3.2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. While the Pro model’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC powers the vanilla model, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC powers the vanilla model. Both devices come with fingerprint sensors on the side and Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 UI. The Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro are powered by an 8,850mAh battery that can be charged at up to 67W.
The price of the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro
The 8GB + 128GB model of the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro costs CNY 2,499, or around Rs. 28,500. The 8GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 32,000), the 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 3,099 (approximately Rs. 36,700), and the 12GB + 512GB variant costs CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs. 39,000).
In the meantime, the 8GB + 128GB model of the Xiaomi Pad 7 starts at CNY 1,999, or about Rs. 23,500. The MSRP of the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB versions is CNY 2,299 (about Rs. 27,700 and Rs. 30,600, respectively).
In China, both versions are presently available for purchase in the colors black and sky blue. They also come in a limited-edition Soft Light Edition.

Running HyperOS 2, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has an 11.2-inch 3.2K (2,136×3,200 pixel) LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, 345 ppi, and Dolby Vision support. The display is certified by TUV Rheinland for reduced blue light emission and has a maximum brightness rating of 800 nits. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of inbuilt storage power the tablet.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro’s optics include a 50-megapixel rear camera and a 32-megapixel front-facing sensor for selfies and video calls.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has a USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 7, and 5G connectivity options. Acceleration, ambient light, color temperature, flicker, geomagnetic, hall, and gyroscope sensors are among the sensors on board. It features four speakers that support Dolby Atmos and a fingerprint sensor on the side for authentication.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has an 8,850mAh battery that can be charged at 67W. It weighs 500 grams and is 251.22×173.42×6.18 mm in size.

The Pro model’s display and software are identical to those of the Xiaomi Pad 7. A Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage power the vanilla model. It has an 8-megapixel front sensor and a 13-megapixel back camera.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro and the Xiaomi Pad 7 have the same connectivity features and sensors. It has the same 8,850mAh battery, but 45W is the maximum power for rapid charging.
