Galaxy F05 Launched with a MediaTek Helio G85 Chipset and an Eco-leather Back
The Galaxy M05 was recently released by Samsung a few days ago. The Galaxy M05 is the latest addition to the company’s F series of compact devices. There are rumors that the Galaxy F05 is a variation of the Galaxy A05 and M05. The phone’s design bears a striking resemblance to those of the Galaxy M05 and Galaxy A05.
The most recent model in the F series, however, has an eco-leather material on the back. The M05 and A05, on the other hand, provide plastic. This phone is intended for those who want a fashionable smartphone with a 50 MP camera system and a leather pattern finish.
Specifications of the Galaxy F05:
The phone sports a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD display with a pixel density of 262 ppi on the front. As an entry-level handset, it has a water-drop cutout for the front camera and a chin that is broader than the top and side bezels.
Speaking of cameras, it has two on the back: a 2 MP depth sensor and a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. The phone has an 8 MP selfie camera on the front. The Galaxy M05 and A05 share the same camera specifications. Samsung claims that the phone takes clear, detailed pictures even in dimly lit environments.
The phone’s performance is enhanced by the MediaTek Helio G85 (12nm) CPU, which has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. Additionally, the phone supports expandable storage up to 1TB and the RAM Plus function, which allows you to use an additional 4GB of internal storage as RAM. The phone has a “massive” 5000 mAh battery that can enable 25W fast charging in order to power the OS.
Out of the box, the Galaxy F05 runs One UI Core 6.0, which is based on Android 14. For this phone, Samsung promises four years of security patches and two generations of OS upgrades.
Cost and accessibility:
The phone is anticipated to launch on September 20 and is priced at INR 7999. It has a 4GB+64GB capacity.
