Triumph Street Triple 765 R Now Comes In Matt Baja Orange Colour
The Triumph Street Triple 765 R now sports a Matt Baja Orange color scheme. At 10.43 lakh ex-showroom, it is priced similarly to the Crystal White color. In contrast, the ex-showroom prices of the Silver Ice and Pure White were ₹10.17 lakh. The motorcycle is the same as before, save for its new color.
The 765 cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine powers the Street Triple 765 R. Much work has been done on the engine. It can now produce a maximum power output of 118 bhp at 11,500 rpm and a peak torque output of 80 Nm at 9,500 rpm. It is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, which uses a chain drive to send power to the back wheel. Additionally, Triumph offers an up-and-down quickshifter and a slip-and-assist clutch.
Features of the Triumph Street Triple
Road, Rain, Sport, and Rider are the available riding modes. 10,000 kilometers or 12 months, whichever comes first, is the service interval. Triumph provides Front Wheel Lift Control, switchable Optimised Cornering Traction Control (with IMU), and Optimised Cornering ABS as rider aids. The rider is equipped with a programmable TFT display.
Hardware for the Triumph Street Triple
Triumph employs a two-piece, high-pressure die-cast rear subframe with an aluminum beam twin-spar frame. It is supported at the front by Showa 41 mm Big Piston Separate Function Forks and at the back by a Showa monoshock. Preload and compression/rebound damping can be adjusted on both suspensions. Brembo M4.32 brake calipers with two 310 mm front discs and a 220 mm rear disc are used to apply brake force.
Triumph just celebrated a year since joining the mid-range motorcycle market by lowering the price of the Scrambler 400X and Speed 400. Until July 31, 2024, Triumph is providing a special 10,000 discount on both motorcycles. As a result, the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X now have ex-showroom prices of 2.24 lakh and 2.54 lakh, respectively, making them even more competitive in the market.
