Arriving in London, the First Lamborghini Revuelto Appears to be Worth a Million Dollars
The Lamborghini Revuelto that recently arrived in London is finished in Verde Turbine, an eye-catching matte hue of military green that is translated from Italian as “Turbine Green.”
The Lambo’s interior is a bold combination of orange and black, suggesting that its owner is not afraid to try new things.
As stated by the company, the Revuelto is the first HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) and the first plug-in hybrid vehicle made by Lamborghini. The system incorporates the powerful mid-mounted, naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, producing 535 pound-feet (725 Newton meters) of torque and 814 horsepower (825 metric horsepower).
Together with three permanent magnet electric motors, it produces 1,001 horsepower (1,015 metric horsepower) and 783 pound-feet (1,062 Newton meters) of torque. Each permanent magnet electric motor produces 187 horsepower (190 metric horsepower) and 248 pound-feet (336 Newton meters) of torque. An eight-speed Graziano dual-clutch automatic transmission controls all of these.
They are sufficient for a 2.5-second sprint from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 kph) and a top electronically regulated speed of 217 mph (350 kph). The Revuelto can only travel 6.2 miles (10 kilometers) on electricity thanks to a lithium-ion battery that stores enough energy. Although it may not seem like much, we are dealing with a supercar.
