Finally, Triumph India has brought the Daytona 660 to the Indian market. After the Trident and Tiger Sport models, this is the brand’s third 660cc motorcycle.
Triumph Daytona 660 Specifications
The same 660 cc engine that powers the Trident and Tiger Sport models also powers the Daytona 660. Operating on a 240-degree firing order, this engine is a three-cylinder in-line liquid-cooled device. After modifying the engine, Triumph was able to achieve a maximum power output of 93.70 bhp at 11,250 rpm and a peak torque of 69 Nm at 8,250 rpm. On the other hand, the Trident 660 produces 64 Nm at 6,250 rpm and 80 horsepower at 10,250 rpm. A 6-speed transmission is available for both bikes. One year or sixteen thousand kilometers, whichever comes first, is the Daytona 660’s service interval. There is now a new Sport riding mode in addition to the already-available Road and Rain modes.
