5-Door Mahindra Thar Roxx To Launch In India – Important Details

The five-door Thar Roxx will make its public premiere in India tomorrow, according to Mahindra & Mahindra. Bold black wheel arch cladding and newly styled alloy wheels draw attention to the white body color. This tint brings out the upright design details quite well.

There is a striking contrast between the black-finished roof and the rectangular ORVMs. The Mahindra Thar Roxx has a more roomy cabin than the 3-door model because to its revised appearance and longer wheelbase.

A floating 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with AdrenoX networking, navigation, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration will be available on the Mahindra Thar Roxx. White stitching on the dashboard and a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel from the XUV700 add a premium touch to the cabin, while the circular HVAC vents match the three-door model.

A panoramic sunroof, Harman Kardon audio, automatic climate control, power windows on all four doors, three-point seatbelts, and a central armrest for the rear bench seat are all expected to be included in the Thar Roxx. Rear AC vents, a 360-degree camera, and six airbags are among the extra features.

Three engine options will be available for the Mahindra Thar Roxx: a 1.5L diesel, a 2.0L mStallion petrol, and a 2.2L mHawk diesel. Six-speed torque converter automatic or six-speed manual transmissions will be offered with these engines. The base variant is expected to start at approximately Rs. 14 lakh, and the top-end variant may cost up to Rs. 21 lakh (ex-showroom).

It will share an independent double wishbone and multi-link rear suspension with the Scorpio N, both of which are based on the 4G platform and use Frequency Dependent Damping technology.
