2025 Toyota Camry will go on Sale on December 11th: Key Specification

The newest model of the Toyota Camry will be introduced in India on December 11 and will come with a number of new features in terms of performance, technology, and design. The Japanese automaker’s iconic mid-size sedan, now in its ninth generation, is offered for sale worldwide.

Toyota Camry 2025: Price and Variants

The base model costs about $28,400 (about 23.7 lakh) worldwide, while the highest variant costs about $36,125 (about 30.1 lakh). The LE, SE, XLE, and XSE are the four trim levels available for the new Camry. Sport-tuned suspension, which is a stronger configuration than the other varieties, is available on the SE and XSE, the sportier versions of the group. All Camry models are available for the international market in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations. The India-spec vehicle is anticipated to be restricted to the AWD setup.

Toyota Camry 2025: Exterior design

With a revised front end design, the 2025 Toyota Camry completely departs from the model that is currently offered in India. While the rear end takes cues from the current generation of Lexus sedans, the front grille is widened and the headlamps are sharpened. The sedan has a striking appearance thanks to the big radiator grille and the elegant headlights with integrated LED DRLs. Sport-mesh front grilles, side rockers, dual-tip exhausts, and blacked-out vertical air vents give the SE and XSE versions a sportier look. This is further enhanced by the XSE’s distinctive rear diffuser and front bumper canards.

Interior of the 2025 Toyota Camry

Along with a robust array of safety features, the 2025 Toyota Camry has interior and infotainment system enhancements. The SE and XSE models come with leather upholstery, heated seats, and a heated steering wheel, while the lower models come with cloth and synthetic upholstery as standard. The car’s enormous wheelbase provides plenty of legroom, while the rear passengers enjoy separate climatic zones.

Toyota Camry 2025: Safety and technology

The infotainment screen of the Camry LE is eight inches in size. A larger 12.3-inch screen, which comes standard on the other two versions, is an option for the SE. The larger display on the digital gauge cluster is limited to the top two trims.
Additionally, the Camry comes equipped with standard driver assistance technologies including adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and emergency braking with pedestrian recognition. Additionally, Toyota has included Proactive Driving Assist, which applies the brakes gently for the driver.

Performance and powertrain of the 2025 Toyota Camry

In addition to offering two hybrid engine choices for the various drivetrain options, the 2025 Toyota Camry does away with the 3.5-liter V6. The 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is the one that is standard on all models. Customers can choose between an AWD version with a third motor driving the rear axle or a FWD version with the engine paired with two electric motors, regardless of the trim level. The AWD model produces a total of 232 horsepower, and the FWD variation produces 225 horsepower. It is anticipated that the only drivetrain option available for the India-spec Camry would be AWD. The next generation of the Toyota Camry is anticipated to have a higher fuel economy than the current model, which is currently available for purchase in India at 19 km/l.
