2025 Bentley Flying Spur Launched with a Range of 829 kilometers and a Hybrid V8 Engine
The luxurious grand tourer, which was originally scheduled for arrival in August, has just been introduced as the 2025 Bentley Flying Spur. It boasts a hybrid V8 powerplant with 771 horsepower. The fourth version of the Flying Spur retains the overall appearance of the outgoing vehicle while replacing the outdated W12 engine with a more economical one.
In honor of the launch of the Flying Spur Speed, Bentley is releasing a “First Edition” model. It comes with distinctive external badging, stainless steel treadplates with ‘First Edition’ writing, and animated welcome lamps for the automobile.
Every seat in the cabin has a First Edition badge, and a list of amenities that are optional on the standard model is also there. Included in this is the Wellness Seating arrangement, which offers convenience features like automatic temperature control and posture adjustments.
Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid 2025: Design
Although the four-door saloon shares many visual cues with the previous model, Bentley has added a new grille with redesigned air curtains on either side of it. Although there are many choices available to purchasers, the car is equipped with new 22-inch alloy wheels and a more aggressively formed bumper than previously with deeper curves.
Dinamica cloth, inspired by motorsports, is blended with leather to treat the inside. 3D leather panels that extend from the doors to the A-pillars on either end adorn the doors. Although there is a predetermined selection of colors, interested parties are able to customize each and every aspect on their own.
The vehicle comes equipped with a Bentley Signature Audio System as standard, although alternatives include a 21-channel Naim for Bentley system or a 16-channel Bang & Olufsen system.
Highlights of the 2025 Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid’s powertrain
The new Bentley Flying Spur’s Ultra Performance Hybrid drivetrain combines a 187-bhp electric motor with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 584 horsepower. The whole power unit produces 1,000 Nm of torque and 771 horsepower. The Flying Spur’s eight-speed dual clutch transmission allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in less than 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 285 kmph.
The Bentley Performance Active Chassis, which provides all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering, is the foundation of the 2025 Flying Spur. Twin-valve dampers are a part of the Bentley Dynamic Ride system, which allows the vehicle to adjust to changing road conditions.
The 25.9 kWh battery allows the Spur to have a 76 km zero-emission EV-only range. It takes 2 hours and 45 minutes to fully charge the battery. The driver may access 187 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque in this EV mode, with a top speed of 140 kmph. The Flying Spur can go 829 kilometers at a time when its battery and fuel tank are both full.
Although a release date has not been specified, the new Bentley Flying Spur is anticipated to arrive in India as a completely built unit in 2025.
